On equal terms? an evaluation of the Norwegian au pair scheme
The main objective of this qualitative evaluation is to give a comprehensive analysis of the au pair scheme, and to assess if (and if yes, how) the original intentions of the scheme, as stated in the European Agreement of “au pair” Placement of 1969, can be maintained. The evaluation furthermore includes a brief comparison between the regulations of au pairing in Norway and the UK, Denmark and Poland.
