The Transparency International Exchange Project
The Consultant was tasked to conduct a review of Transparency International’s exchange project within the framework of FK Norway. As the project is now entering its 5th round of exchange, the review was expected to find out: 1. the impact exchange of personnel between the TI national chapters has had, thus far 2. the contribution TI has had on regional and national discourses with regards to corruption and governance 3. to what extent the contribution can be attributed to the participation in the FK program.
